ADULTS PROGRAM

Our classes are designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, offering a safe, supportive environment to develop your skills.

KIDS

Our Kids BJJ program is designed to build strong minds, strong bodies, and strong character.

Our program focuses on:

NO-GI

In our No-Gi classes, you’ll learn:

  •   Effective Grappling Techniques: Without the traditional gi grips, you’ll develop precise control using underhooks, clinches, and positional awareness.
  •   Submission Mastery: Chokes, leg locks, and joint submissions are taught with a strong focus on safety and technical efficiency.
  •   Explosive Movement & Conditioning: No-Gi training builds endurance, agility, and strength – perfect for athletes and anyone looking to push their limits.
  •   Realistic Self-Defense: Learn how to protect yourself in realistic scenarios without relying on grips or uniforms.

WOMEN’S PROGRAM

A women’s-only training environment designed to be welcoming, supportive, and empowering. This class focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, self-defense, and fitness, and is open to all experience levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Taught at a comfortable pace, the class emphasizes technique, confidence, and personal growth in a safe and encouraging space.
